Anybody know a script which does only billing cascade and affiliate tracking?

Does anyone know a standalone script which does billing cascading and affiliate tracking? I'm really happy with all the sales tools SpookyCash has, so the MPA3, NATS, Executive Stats, and (I think) Partnersoft systems all come with a lot of extraneous stuff for handling POTD and FHGs and all that. We've already got affiliate newsletters, a hosted TGP, and RSS blog feed etc. But it would be cool to find something which would allow me to put multiple billers in an affiliate cascade and track affiliate sales, possibly with referrer tracking. Anything more stripped down available off the rack?

Well if you do not wish to use NATS to do those features you can accomplish the same if you use CCBILL to run your program. They have denial and approval urls you can set manually to tranfer to another biller upon denial for a simple cascade. nats allows a much more broad and higher converting cascade system.

Maybe. But how current is it? They still say they support Ibill and that sort of worries me.

The affiliate can choose how the cascade works etc, pretty good stats display. Can track by banner.

I have yet to go live with it but at the moment I am pretty please with it. I have tested a site with it over the past month and it has increased turnover by 60% due to the way I set it up.

Support is quick, they seem to be on the ball and honestly I think they are just too damn busy to work on their own site at all. I am still tinkering with it as well as their cms.

Sorry, where did you see IBILL?... Maybe you get some cached page.
On the site:

is stated: CCBILL, Paycom, Segpay, 2000Charge.

Segpay is Ibill, just Ibill minus all the debts.

SegPay is different engine, which does work on the market now. For Affiliate script it is the only what does matter. To use or not to use this service - is a matter of clients' choice

Any idea if that software is $349 or $895? Any major programs using it? How it compares to say Partnersoft?

Just out of curiosity, if you have Epoch, why wouldn't you use their MPA3 powered system? It allows for cascading with CCBill and others, and it's free.

cascading where if the surfer is rejected by Paycom and cascades to CCBILL and joins the affiliate's CCBILL code gets tracked and he gets his payout from CCBILL?

no, Epoch still pays the affiliate on the CCBill sales.

I would imagine it works like Nats does. The affiliate program has 1 account with paycom, 1 with ccbill, and whatnot. The affiliate program gets 1 large check from each program and of course they must act as the check writer and send out checks themselves instead of paycom doing it. The lite version would keep track of who is owed what etc. Though this is just a random guess.

they don't get compensated, they pay it out of your balance. Are all your sales generated from affiliates?

(1) The same reason I'm not totally into using MPA3 or NATS -- SpookyCash already has cutting edge sales tools, including some stuff most programs do not have, so I don't really want to rip up my existing program site's good points and jam them into an unnecessary larger template (on another domain too for the Epoch version.) I'd really like to just add billing cascading, direct affiliate tracking, and better tracking of which referring links actually turn into joins. It is also important that old affiliate links continue to work. If I were just starting out, I'd probably opt for the Epoch hosted MPA3 system, but I'm not just starting out.

(2) I'd like to be able to cut checks to affiliates. I think that some of my best affiliates don't even notice that they do well with SpookyCash because they don't get their checks from me. I know I take folks who actually cut me checks a bit more seriously. Not on purpose, but it often works out that way. It is easier to forget a sponsor when the check doesn't come from them.

Actually the question wasn't directed to you, it was direct to the Blue guy who just bought a program to do what he already had available to him.

But to address your #2, you can pay your affiliates with Epoch, or have Epoch cut the check, either works and is available. I actually prefer Epoch does it, this way the affiliates are certain they will get paid, not that I wouldn't pay them, but the assurance is there if Epoch does it.

This script allows the affiliate to choose who they get paid by. There are also loads more tools in there.

Personally after being arse raped by DRM 2000, Ibill and Globill I like to have everything on my server and not rely on any software that accesses 3rd party servers. Then if anyone goes down I dont lose links etc.

That is what I thought too, but apparently the program can't cut the check; ya have to let Epoch do it.

Heh, Ibill only really copped an inappropriate feel off me, but, yeah, the Globill thing hurt, especially because I paid all of my affiliates out of pocket. It was cool in the long run because they were okay staying with me, but, wow, oh wow, did it suck in the short run.

So I definitely hear ya on this one.

No you don't, I can pay or I can choose to let them pay. It's very simple, I either click Epoch to Pay, or I to pay. Not sure where you are getting your info, but I use Epoch and I know I can pay if I choose.

I believe they initially intended to set it up that way, but the option did not end up being included in the final product roll-out.

Just to clear a couple of things up with regards to Epoch...

Epoch pays all partnership (revshare) sales processed through Epoch by default.

With sales processed through your secondary biller, you can have Epoch pay the affiliates or you can pay the affiliates.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
