SegPay management had nothing to do with the officers controlling iBill SN and SegPay was set up by an individual to counter the problems of iBill.
The same individual, along with others, did a lot of work to recover substantial webmaster funds out of the iBill scenario and was successful in doing this. Talk is cheap, and actions speak louder - many webmasters owe this guy thanks for his efforts.
Sure, there are folks in SegPay who worked with iBill, tho none of these people were part of the management of iBill, - they have good experience and know the TTP business.
One of the core elements which was lacking with iBill, and still is lacking with most processors, is provision for security of client funds in the event a processing corp has financial problems.
SegPay operate with a business model which secures webmaster monies in event of any problem. Only my :2 cents:, but this is a basic criteria for any TTP and strange that the majority of processors still have no security in place and prefer to change the topic of conversation.
It's always a pleasure to deal with honorable people who have business accumen - and would include SegPay in that category :thumbsup
