That has changed, iFriends/ClickCash is very proactive in banning affiliates that spam--the offending links now lead to TOS Violation pages.

iFriends and CE are probably the most proactive in this biz re cracking down on affiliate spam.

Simple : 1-) Affiiate programs rely on spammers and 2-) Most of the spammers, are the companies themselves.
