This is from TMZ, so take it with a grain of salt. Pretty weird shit though.

Last week, the FBI raided Copperfield's Las Vegas warehouse and seized digital camera equipment and a hard drive to a computer -- this, after a Seattle woman accused Copperfield of sexually assaulting her in the Bahamas.

Sources now tell TMZ Copperfield designed part of his show around "a system for picking up women." During his show, David goes into the audience and chooses women to come on stage. We're told that if David likes a girl, he'll use code words with assistants like "mama" and "secrecy." The assistants mark the women on a map of the inside of the Hollywood Theater at MGM Grand. After the show, the women are brought backstage -- and that's where the profiling begins.

The women are told that David may use them in his show when he comes to their hometown. They are then photographed with a digital camera, asked questions like, "What is your favorite men's cologne?" and "Where do you like to vacation?" We're told one of those vacation spots mentioned by staff is the Bahamas, where the accuser claims she was assaulted. Copperfield owns a cluster of islands in the Bahamas -- which he bought for $50 million.

This may explain the FBI's interest in David's camera system and hard drive. If the accuser is a woman who was brought on stage, the FBI would be interested in a possible M.O.

I guess it's not too far from when a band is on tour and they have roadies select groupies out of the crowd, it's the personal profiling / questionaire that is a little disturbing.

My girlfriend was taken on stage last week when we saw that dickhead in Vegas. It was pretty strange how every girl he picked to go up was hot. He also makes them kiss him on the cheek. He's a freak. The show was full of crappy videos about how great he is. What a waste of money!

In cases like this, it would be hard to tell the difference between rape and regrret. I am sure that some (many) girls in this situation would fuck him because he is a star, and then regret doing it after. Perhaps he is a lousy lay, or abusive... but it is pretty hard to read.

Figure it this way: He picks the girls up at the shows, they travel together all the way to the bahamas, and then something happens.

I think there is more to this story than is being put out there.

I saw him once with my sister in Vegas and my sister and I were both selected to go up on stage. Not once, not twice, but three times did we have something "randomly" thrown to us. To the point where his staff told us if it gets thrown to us again to just throw it to someone else. At the end of the show, his staff hand picks a few of the girls to go back stage of course and he picked my sister as well as four other girls, all of them were under 25 yrs old and STUNNING. My sister came back from that completely freaked out and said that he whispered in her ear "This is our little secret".

I dont know if hes gay or what but I do know that he is a creepy man.
