              Well, since they only evacuated 250,000 people and San Diego has about 3 million (not counting illegals) I would say only a portion is being effected.

                                          Thanks for the news man, I was able to get hold of a friend who lives in the area and he was not evacuated since he is on the coast, and apparently the wind goes the other direction so he's safe.

                                                              Shit is crazy down here and is expected to get worse. 300,000 as of right now have been evacuated and they say more are on the way because they have 0% containment on the fire. Just sitting here in my place I can smell the ash in the air. The sun was a bright orange from all the smoke. Luckily they are too far from me to evacuate.....YET!!!!
