I made it ten years, and had the same shit.

But I also had gotten to the point where my body could not longer metabolize alcohol. I would have to go to the E.R. and be converted. It was scary the first couple of times, but then was old hat by the 10, 11, 12..

Well the worst part about my visit at the doctor's was not that I can't move that much for a while but I was also handed a DIET INSTRUCTIONS - wtf I used to be working out 5 - 6 times a week / eat china five times a day and weigh 190 pounds in muscle but ...

... after three years of the wild adult biz life it's time to officially admit that the Adonis days are over! :)

Good luck, and hope you start feeling better. Been about 20 months since I quit. On occasion a drink in the evening sounds good, but then I remember how good I feel in the mornings without!

Got a bit loaded yesterday, strictly from proffesional reasons cause I had HBO crew in the house plus Dom from AVN Europe.. but it surely hurts..
