He says some things that are ture but his attitude about it is, to coin a phrase, "Jackassonian".

He claims that because he went to Yale under affirmative action, employers saw him as less qualified and therefore he had a hard time getting hired after college. Although the time it took for him to find a job seems about average for most people.

It can be true that someone going to college under affirmative action may be viewed as being less qualified but that should be delt with in the job interview by showing what you've got to offer.
I think his attitude in his interviews held him back more than any affirmative action program he was in.

That is the most jackassed move I have ever heard of.
I don't give a shit how "bad" he thinks it was there, that was long ago and totaly irrelevent to Yale wanting to recognize him for his acheivements.

He should not deny the institution that educated him their right to associate his name with the institution. Unless he can prove that Yale made him stupid and he had to go to school somewhere else to get smart again then this is bullshit.

He says his law degree from Yale is worth 15 cents.
