Does anybody have some recommendations for a good mainstream internet marketing firm?

I only ask because a friend is running a business and he asked me for some advice... I told him a tiny bit about SEO and feeder traffic but It would be great if I could refer him to a reputable firm.

If your friend wants a legitimate, good internet marketing firm, expect to spend some serious money. There are a lot of companies out there that will just lock you in to a contract and deliver nothing of value.
