I make the assumption you're not talking about hosting... that you're questioning consumer or business connectivity from cable and dsl networks. I've never heard of a cap on inbound transfer before that would be relative for a monthly billing period on those types of connections. The more likely scenario is that they would rate-limit your inbound connection to so many kbs or mbps if anything at all.

yes
most of the isp here have data caps for taffic outside NZ depends on what plan you use the avg is 30 GB then $2 for every GB after that |
