Intro
Hey designers, I?m a poor, actually VERY poor college student (gotta love student loans) and I'm looking to spend somewhere around $200 on a "portfolio" website which is required for my classes (for stupid art designs and photography work, etc). To be honest, I KNOW I could definitely do the whole thing myself butttttttt I?m really looking to impress and I think someone more professional could do a better job than I. I?m thinking $200 is fair price for what I want (just read on and you?ll see what I need) however, if anyone thinks I?m not quoting this fairly, let me know.

What I Need
-One page design, fully coded? that?s it!
- BTW, I would love a flash header if it?s not too much trouble. ;) but simple static html is fine. I?m not picky at all.
-I don?t even need extra scripts installed or anything like that? just a one page design fully coded!! I?ll take care of the rest.

What I Want It To Look Like
Keep in mind that I could easily purchase one of these for $65 bucks or so and none of my teachers would even know the difference, but I?m really looking for something even more special? especially if I?m going to drop $200 for a one page design.

I?m not looking to copy any of those, let me repeat I do not want a copy of those ? they are merely there to serve as color examples. Also, remember this is a design/photography/portfolio website, so I would only need tabs for things like ?about?, ?contact?, ?portfolio?, ?services?, ?blog?, ?misc? etc.

Well, first of all you?ll get $200 via check or paypal. Not only that but I?m also offering up some other free things to show my appreciation!! I?ll give you one free blog post on ALL of my eight adult blogs that I run. Also, you can have a nice banner location on each blog for one month as well. Promote whatever you want! Use your affiliate ID?s, it?s free traffic for whatever you want! Also, I?ll even promote whatever you?d like in my GFY sig for two months. Want me to promote your design site? Great, I?ll do it. Want me to promote an adult program with your ref code? You got it! All of this for one page of work!

Not to mention the fact that by posting screenshots in this thread of what you can do = big exposure from the GFY crowd!

Contest Details
The contest will end whenever I find something that really catches my eye. I reserve the right to deny any or all entries if I don?t see them fitting. However, keep in mind that I could like the very first entry and stop the contest right then and there. Users can submit as many entries as they?d like. ok man ... but maybe you can give better deadline. if i will be working two days on design and they someone post hour before me something you like, i have two days lost, even if my design will be better ;) im not talking right about me, but maybe hard deadline will be better ;) wish you luck to find good designer!

Hmmmm, sounds fair and I definitely see where you're coming from. I appreciate the comment. Therefore.....

the deadline for all entries is November 11th.

and i will make comments on any screenshots posted as to what i think of them. if i hate something, i'll tell them not to even bother working on it and vice versa, so i hope that doesn't scare people away from posting things.

So let me get this straight..

everyone that responds has to do the work, coding the flash even which isnt the easiest, make some custom toons that animate (according to the examples you shown us) and then pray to god they get paid for it?

Very FUCKED UP..

thats like driving 100 miles to buy a 5 dollar raffle ticket with a jackpot of 5 dollars.

Not really, I was hoping for a very simple screenshot of what could EVENTUALLY become my site and from there I would choose. I guess I could have made that clearer.

I didn't think it would piss anyone off.

I'm not forcing anyone to do anything lol.

sorry i cut that statement short due to a midget in the background yelling at me about dishes. (my wife is like 5'4'') but anyways..i should have added that i understand what your doing but if you dont get many responses to this 'contest' thats probably why.

best bet is to look around all at the fine designers that frequent this board and pick one that you think could handle your request.
