:mad Ibill Not Paying on Web900 AGAIN

Hi Guys. I know this topic has been played to death over the past 3 weeks. However, there seems to be new information to the story.

Yesterday I was looking at our statements stats in ibill. Looking over how much we made the past pay period. I noticed that the web900 revenue had all of a sudden been removed. I called around and found out that ibill is AGAIN not paying any new web900 revenue. Instead of letting us all know so we could take the appropriate action (REMOVE LINKS) they have not said a WORD! I'm not sure how you guys see this, but personally I find this to be a sneaky move by ibill. It's one thing to come out and admit worldcom screwed you over and you can't pay. It's another to just DELETE the stat from our records and hope webmasters don't see it. What's next with ibill.

BrettJ the Checks that went out on the 15th were without our web900 money. However I was never told anything about that. Were you? They just removed the stat hoping we'd overlook it and forget.

Sweetcuties, How are you? You'll get your check, just minus the web900 revenue

I guess I'm not getting a check at all... I use ibill for web900 only and that's it. So let me understand this cause I'm an idiot sometimes... I didn't get a check last mth and I'm not getting a check this mth, which was suppose to be sent out of the 15th. If this is the case, what is mangagement doing about this? Should i find another 900# processor?

Management is keeping quiet about it hoping you'll not notice.

I'm pulling my web900 option with ibill. If anybody knows of a reliable web900 option let me know.

Web900 money is paid once a month as far as I know -- not twice a month like cc's and checks.

I can't find anything wrong with our Web900 stats, the money is in there if I search by date range going all the way back thru to August. Not sure if maybe there's a glitch in your stats???

In either case, I've emailed management at Ibill to see if this is true or not, in either case I'll post what I get back, which shouldn't take more than a day or so I would figure.

Ya'll gotta see it this way.

If they ain't paying you.
There are some REAL issues with them.

I'm tell ya..I see another DMR fallout.

Ya get bit in the ass because ya keep sticking with them.
Its your own fault.

There are other good, quality processors out there.

If I was you..I'd be shopping around.

ok this is how it went
ibill payed us a check in june that check was for 1900 sales from
Web900 Sales 4/27/2002 to 5/27/2002
they claimed that they were not paid for these months but they paid us any ways.

they then said we will not get paid from months 5/27/2002 to 7/27/2002 but when they settle there claim with world com they would pay us.

ibills pay scheldule on 1900 is 2 months behind

they said that all monies made by 1900 after 7/27/2002 will be payed . but hey guys we dont get that till oct 15th we will get 7/27 to 8 / 27

hope this helps

Hi Kimmy. I agree that the stats do show the web900 sales. However if you go to the Statement part of the accounting section, and look at the breakdown of all past cheques, the web900 breakdown has been completely removed.

Looking forward to the reply ibill gives you.

Just keep in mind when a company has thousands in rebills, if you pull out, you only make it harder to get the rebills. I am NOT saying IBill would ever refuse to pay us if we left them, but every client that leaves is just one more layer of increased chargeback risk due to lowered transaction counts.

Now if someone is growing fast enough to overcome the loss, it's one thing. If someone is at a plateau or losing other clients, it eventually gets ugly.

I hate to say this but Ibill did tell us what was going on in their news letter. That they have not been payed but did paid us but might not pay us for web900 at a later date if they could not get paid.

Whatever!

iBill will receive the money for post petition (post bankruptcy) 900 sales this week. We are in the process of updating our payout schedule and are planning an Oct 1 payout. Thank you for your patience.

Its one thing where you cant pay out due to an unforeseen circumstance like the bankruptcy of Worldcom, but this is not a similar incident. Web900 pays out from MCI 60-90 days after charge. From what I can see, it seems that IBILL told their clients that they would be paid on a specific date, but in reality this date was a bad date because the monies were not due in yet. This was a mistake by IBILL and the clients have relied on this mistake to their detriment. Unless an intervening factor has occurred like Worldcom not paying as planned, this is a mistake made by IBILL in telling the clients the wrong date. IBILL tells us that we will get paid on a specific date. They should make good on their promises, and accept responsibility for mistakes within their control.

I'm still confused? What does Worldcom have to do with the money IBill owes me? IBill owes me this money - Not Worldcom.

So is IBill now saying that Worldcom is going to pay IBill, and that we'll receive our checks in October?

I dont know about you guys but our contract is with IBILL not Worldcom. So i suspect legally IBILL owe us the web 900 $$$ and if this goes to a class action our attorneys have the same view. We did'nt sign with Worldcom, so if IBILL dose'nt pay out in October we are opening up a site dedicated to posting all the problems we and others have had with IBILL. I think i will call it .
HOWIBILLSHAFTSWEBMASTERS.com
or perhaps

i'm always impressed with people that complain about big losses but don't go to their lawyers and sue. and then they say "if we did sue i bet we'd win some money". well, why don't you find out?

When someone from Ibill goes to lunch, I bet its just like the old cartoon...

I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today.

Enough nonsense already. It's not like this is enough money that Ibill can't pay their rent if they cover it.

Perhaps Garrett doesn't quite understand the extent to which good will for his company is rapidly disappearing.

No shit. "I didn't get paid so I can't pay rent this month" doesn't go over too well with the apartment manager, so why should webmasters accept it?

Isn't this when you break out your credit accounts and start talking to your bank?

Feel sorry for you guys its hardwork to make a site work and I know how bad it feels not getting paid.
