Yahoo Mail...

As of about three hours ago, Ive been unable to log into yahoo mail...
I get a page that says:

"Can't talk now. System's down.
Sorry for the holdup. Looks like a temporary glitch in our network has part of Yahoo! mail down, so you're briefly without service. Rest assured the alarms are blaring in the basement and our team is working frantically to get you up and running ASAP. Again, the snag is on our end ? so there's no need for you to do a thing.

Back to it,
Yahoo! Mail Team "

Is anyone else getting this?

Yeah, its back up now... Thing is, I had a few issues with yahoo on a personal basis, and wondered if it was something more sinister...

Thanks to all who replied though

Yes; They're specifically targeting you, because you have a "beef" with them, and you're continuing to use their email service.

OK, I'll elaborate. Last night my yahoo email stopped working 100% My password no longer worked, and I assumed I had been hacked.

There were sponsors emails with user names and passes from different programs etc, plus all my hosting details and server logins etc, stored in folders within the email...

Put Bluntly, I shat myself, and spent the entire night changing passwords and stuff as fast as I could.

Not knowing otherwise, I assumed that the easiest way would be to make a new yahoo addy, (With an EXTREEMLY SECURE Password) and change the old one for the new on the affiliate stuff...

This morning, I ring yahoo, and find that I hadn't been hacked, but they had blocked my account on a personal basis, due to abuse issue, supposedly from a yahoo group that I own, but has been inactive for nearly two years...

I followed the instructions and emailed them to try and resolve the issue, and was relived that at least my sensitive information, hadn't got into the hands of a hacker, but had been simply locked away from me, by them.

So, due to my work last night, I have got everything re-organized, re passworded, and all email info changed to new yahoo address... So I was all up and running again...

Then suddenly, for the first time EVER I go to login and find the message I posted above... It remained for nearly 5 whole hours...

Under the circumstances, I did consider that it might have been a personal issue, hence my post...

So, I dont think, under the circumstances, I was being excessively paranoid... But you cant blame me for wondering
