Wouldn't take much for someone to write a bot to index all recent threads.

The day after they announce it, GFY search reappears.

There's alot of ways the search is functional for biz. I probably used it once or twice every day. Hopefully it will return soon.

I use rely on the search every day at least once or twice. Without it, I can't keep up. As an advertiser, I know there are others like me. I get concerned that they're not going to see my ad when all they do is check the front page because the search is removed.

Personally I would rather have the improved load times. It seems pointless to spam old threads anyway. If you are really seearching for an important biz thread (because there are so many of those here

), then you could use google.
