    Comcast sued my uncle for $4000

    I don't have details but I guess he was sued for around $4000 from my cousins downloading music. That's nuts. Is this wide spread now or what? I haven't heard of this happening to much.

      Comcast owns no rights to music and has no foot to stand on in that respect. However, your cousin was probably sued for stealing cable service. They sue for that reason on a daily basis.
