SecureCRT is fine for that.. i use it to upload files by, believe it or not, ZModem.

Hmm I like SecureCrt too, biut never figured out how to do a file trnasfer with it!

There was no menu option to do it..

duh. I use securecrt for a year now and didnt know to use zmodem you just type in sz or rz.. geesh..

Putty, free, small and fast. Try their sftp or scp client, those are for transferring files.
