I am having a hard time to find a good part time coder or freelancer. I have been trying places like scriptlance, but I just happen to get spammed by Indian and East Asian outsourcers who have no idea what they are talking about. Anybody know other places where to find good and reliable coders. I would prefer East Europeans or Russians.

So you have enough knowledge to know that the ones you found don't know what they are talking about, but you can't do "part time coding" yourself and the only people who know what they are talking about are "East Europeans or Russians" but none of them are even talking to you.

Hmmm, you seem to be very smart. It is just that many of the market places on the web are dominated by spammers that send offers for things that you do not ask for. I have given tons of coding jobs away over the past 10 years and always made the best experience with people that come from countries with Slavic background. I am from this area myself and find it easy to communicate with them. I am fine with Spanish, Japanese, American ... or whatever. I have no prejudice against any nationality, but prices need to be competitive and the quality of programing needs to be good and reliable.Comment

I am looking for companies that will do that for me. Most adult related outsourcing companies are able to provide decent people for graphic arts, submitting, writing, etc, but not for coding :-( I have 8 outsourced employees already, but they are mostly submitters and artists.Comment
