i was doing some research and suavemente is the upstream provider/data center splitinfinity was in, or at least they owned the IP range splitinfinity was hosting on. I'm thinking SplitInfinity decided to close down and just hand over all active accounts to Suavamente since nothing major would have to be done since they own everything SplitInfinity was using. (don't take my word on this, I'm just typing what I'm thinking after doing some research)Comment

They split 'till infinity...

Good morning all!
My legal name is Norman Joseph Jester III.
Everyone calls me "Chris" because I changed my
name from Norman to Chris when I was like 9 years old
because I lived with my Father and Grandfather of the same
name and it annoyed the hell out of me.
Anyhow, regarding this thread....
First of all, I am happy to inform everyone that SplitInfinity is not
closing down or going buh-bye.... instead, we are simply re-structuring
the way things work in our company internally for the better.
Our parent company is Suavemente, INC. we also own Suavemente S.A. de C.V. in Mexico where we provide microwave services all the way down
to Ensenada.
Its basically like this: Having two names doesnt benefit us much.
We will still keep the domain and recognition we have always had
but we will gradually fade into using Suavemente, INC. instead
to further unify our corporations and avoid confusion.
We have built a new datacenter as well, its very nice. The building we
are in has alot of history behind it as well being that it use to be run by
Steve Cohen many moons ago.
Here are the photos of the in-progress construction. Keep in mind this
is a live facility and it is ugly and incomplete but very stable and its hosting
some of our stuff internally, but generally not colo customers yet.
So if you wanna hate on the photos, do it in your head because I already
pre-warned you that its not complete, its a large project in progress.
