I suppose kids would only want it to use on their parents. Not as an actual ringtone to pick up your phone, even though it is a ringtone so you would think that's what its purpose is.

I can hear it, but it needs to be fairly loud. I don't think it would work as a ring tone.

I could hear it fairly well too.

The thing is, that this sound was used to keep youngsters off some properties, because it's a type of frequency, that gives you headaches. Now youngsters are looking to use the very same sound to annoy the fuck of others. Maybe they can play it off of their cell phones in schools and watch their teachers break down having no clue why they feel so miserable, lol...

You would want it if you were say a kid that's not supposed to have a phone on, in say school, or somewhere else run by adults.

This is similar to the alarms they have over here in the UK to stop teenagers from harrasing neighbours, Only if you are under a certian age you can here the alarm which is supposed to be very annoying
