sorry for the pic quality, its a cell cam, picked this one up last weekend

this is one i bought my dad a few years back, its on "loan" at my place right now....i regret giving it to him, should have kept it in the first place...

Who's the artist in the first pic?

And is that oil or acrylic? Hard to tell from that image.

chad knapp, i guess he is a art teacher at one of the local high schools. his class participates in the painting (unsure to what level), and they vote on the ones that he takes to the gallery to sell
