Public traded OTB Adult company

Hey Guys.

I've thoght about someting.

If there was some kind of new and big adult company with affiliate program, etc... which would have been public traded company as OTC, or pink sheet or whatever.

Each webmaster would be able to send traffic & get the regular PPS/Revshare, but he could also be a part owner of the company which will be public traded.

In that case, this company could be big enough in order to be able to launch really nice and big products, fight torrnets/other kind of websites and etc..

What do you think ?

You don't actually think sponsors would be willing to disclose their finances and shitty practices to the public, the way listed companies are required to, do you?

OTC does not require reporting

That's another Plus.

But the main things i can think of are :

1. As an affiliate, you can buy stocks, so you can own % of the company and you know you won't get fucked, you get the regular pps/revshare/whatever for your traffic, but you can still own % of the company and if it's big enough you can have some kind of control.

2. This kind of company can get huge, and that's is what we need in order to have a chance fighting all of the torrent/etc... websites, and it'll be everyone who own % of the company intrest.

the costs are high and it takes time, but can be done.

Why would you go to the london exchange?

playboy is publicly traded. That way you would own part of this board too.

online casino companies trade there because its illegal in the US. Porn is not illegal in the US.

There are several porn companies publicly traded in the US.

"RICK" is doing pretty good on the market. not sure if fabian still owns he stock or sold out. they bought few of CE's sites a number of years ago

Good luck getting critical mass from investors for a porn company...institutional investors wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole
