it always sucks when the first thing you look at is broken
 first thing i looked at was the hosted TGP http://www.rawthumbz.com/?wmid=100013&pt=2 #1 the top banner does not pass along ref code #2 why do you have traffic trades on a hosted tgp ? maybe you could offer it without trades , personally i wont use it with that many traffic leaks #3 theres not enough trades listed nor is there a place to add trades p.s. nice branding and nice layouts in general , so i'm not just here bitching
