The main way is via the content stores, second is the paysites. Both are growing.

Manage and design the software that keeps shit running, as well as creating plugins to make stuff that works, work better.
Mostly just simple little stuff such as adding custom header manipulation for Google SEO love, automating content updates and the like, but I've written different blog software and some other stuff, too.
Mostly I just sit around and stink up the place, occasionally annoying folks that are more brash than myself.
