Or if you know of a company selling new ones for real cheap, lemme know.

All i need is a small processor, cd-rom, & port for a nic card, nothing special, just a road warrior.

try ebay... even refurbed u should be able to get one pretty cheap, make sure you get it from a dealer if you go the ebay route tho!

Those laptops are ancient. Many won't even work with windows XP because they are THAT old...

Yeah, the 4th one, the one I'm keeping has about that much too and it makes a huge difference dealing with large images, but that's all I've noticed the difference in because most of my dealings are in WORD, Chat and posting. I got one of those wide screen clunky bitches with the key pad on the right hand side, love this thing. It's a permanent fixture on my coffee table.
