They want to charge me $29.99 to re-install my previously inactive cgi-bin script. They said they'll refund it "after they see sales coming in"....

I filled up their application form for tangible adult products ( dvd's ) and never heard back from them ...
a  would have been appreciated.

I have one ultra niche website I promote that uses them for third-party billing and to handle affiliate payments. I can state that my checks arrive discretely, regularly, and on time. But it's small potatoes stuff, I don't know enough about them to know if I'd want to do business as a program owner.
