    Anyway, another day, another life saved!



    I go and buy this doggy ramp from Petco with my daughter yesterday for our 13 yr old Black Lab/Wolf mix, Bryer because, well - she's just getting old and it's difficult to get her into the truck these days (she's 140 lbs). While we were there we saw a bunch of cute dogs up for adoption. Of course, she kept asking if we could get one.

    We go home and I talk to my wife about it. It's been an ongoing conversation for a while now and I've been anti getting another dog but I since it's realistic that Bryer really probably doesn't have that much more time - I decided cave!

    My daughter, son, wife and I all ecstatic to have this adorable little 8-week-old pup join our clan!

    ... and Bryer already loves her

              I have a Shi tzu named Elvis thats getting pretty old now, all he does is sleep all day lol I'm thinking about getting another dog but I'm not sure.. I'll have to wait and see.

                                                      That's supposed to be my daughter with back up from my wife, HOWEVER my daughter came and got me about 3:30am because the pup had diarrhea in her room and didn't go on the pads we laid out.

                                                      So, I explained to her how to clean it all up while I held the pup. My daughter was a real trooper about it and handled it. She gets that the dog is her responsibility and did what was necessary.

                                                      Oh, what fun it is already!
