Exercise! i play rugby and that really makes me feel on top of the world.
I go weightlifting on thursday, fieldtraining on wednesday and friday. On sunday I play the competition match. Your mind is on one thing only. RUGBY! Adrenaline! All problems are gone for 80 minutes. And when I'm done, I'm better able to deal with my shit than before the match. My body is pretty banged up now, but it's well worth it. Nothing better that tackling your opponent on full speed. |
I am going thru that now... Just lost my grandmother and going thru some other tough shit right now... I will try the exercise thing.. I did stop smoking except just before bed to calm the brain... During the day I have buried myself in work to keep my mind busy...
