Happy Thanksgiving fellow Canucks

I'm thankful to be living in the greatest nation in the world, with my loving soulmate, my health, some of my faculties...

...and beer.

And shortly we're heading out to the folks' place to enjoy a nice big homecooked Thanksgiving turkey.

Anyone else have plans?

The usual.. Mom . called .. making turkey and ham yams and stuffing .. .. reli's from everywhere planning on being there .. i am gonna spend the day getting ready for the annal fighting and drunk arguing ... nothing like handing down drunken arguing habits to your terrified kids ..

In that respect, I'm thankful all my family gets along so well. Even my in-laws and parents get along famously.

Hope it don't de-evolve into too much nastiness over there.

Ha ha... yeah, that brings back memories. Thankfully with my familiy most of the ones who used to do the fighting and arguing have either moved away or been divorced out of the family. But man I remember some doozies from back in the 70's and early 80's. I wasn't so much horrified as amused by it though. :D

I still feel full, and it's the next day.

What a spread we had. Everything was perfect... ham, turkey, stuffing, yams, smashed pootatoes, corn, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and some kind of freaky "cookies & cream" ice cream for dessert.

I'm a blobby pig sitting here all fat in my thanksgiving fatness.
