In my personal opinion .. you have to build up a tolerance .. I smoked lots when i was a kid .. and not so much these last couple years .. but when i do .. I am TORN .. no way could I even think about driving ..let alone walking .. and all my buddies who are regular users have no problem at all walking, talking and even acting human .. me .. just a puddle on the floor bumbling fool ... 100% believe it is "accumulated tolerance"

After smoking pot for years, the first hit after not smoking it for a day still gets me high.
