The trigger was "bill.ccbill.com"

The reason I'm asking is because if what I'm saying is correct, then maybe I need to put up a disclaimer on my join page so that the surfer knows what to look for and doesn't sign up for the wrong program from a pack of thieves.

They won't see your join page as their page will pop up over yours. They will sign up for their site thinking they are signing up for yours.

I don't use CCbill, but I would "hope" that if enough of you contacted CCbill and complained about this that they'd kick that company.
