My name is Lawrence Conners and I am an attorney residing in Harvey, Illinois. My practice has nothing to do with Internet law nor adult entertainment. I am not here to solicit business is what I'm trying to say.

It has come to my attention that there is somebody stalking Internet chatrooms and messageboards like this one using an alias very similar to my name. This has caused me quite some embarassment and I must ask that the person in question, refrain henceforth from using that alias. If you should decide not to comply with my request I will be forced to file a lawsuit in Illinois Superior Court against you for defamation of character, my character.

nice attempt at a setup for popcorn, but it's only gonna wash with the complete morons. Let me guess.... we're supposed to buy:

1. that you actually believe that you're the only Lawrence Conners alive.

2. that you somehow have a priority claim to that name.

3. that there's actually something you could do about if 1 or 400 other Lawrence Conners showed up this afternoon.

these attempts at *controversy* or *drama* are getting weaker every damn day.... it's actually kinda sad.... they used to be pretty good.
