I have a coding project that needs to be done, rentacoder is pure crap recently, scriptlance did not give any feedback yet on a project posted, and outsourcing, I dont even wanna go there

What other options exist? I'm looking for a place where I can post the job, put payment in escrow and pay on delivery of working project

hire a local programmer? there's no easy seamless way to do what you're looking to do.

and by the way, the best thing you can do is hire a local programmer .. nothing beats it.

getafreelancer? you can check the bidders feedbacks, don't be real cheap ass though otherwise you won't get any gold members/people with proven record to bid

We have multiple programmers, they are booked with other stuff, getting inhouse programmers in our office is a task near the impossible, we tried before having a headhunting company searching for us, including posting multiple online ads for it, no result
