This is probably the same dealio from 9 months ago that we've addressed more than a couple of times in emails to our affiliates and more than a few times on various industry boards.
Hitting you up on ICQ now. You should always feel free to hit me up first.

Hush Money produces amazing content, but they're absolutely clueless when it comes to running an affiliate program.

But as it seems you haven't participated in our program since the inception of HushMoney, I'll take it for what it is, ya know.

Ahh, Lenny2 back to posting stupid shit, aren't you the same fool that wrote this?
"$70 on a $30-35 signup shouldn't sound high if a $35 payout on a $3 signup doesn't sound high. People who join for a full month upfront stay on average a full month longer than trial members who convert to full monthly members. Plus, if your site is "great" then you'll convert half of your trial members to monthly....that's a big "if", not every program can do that. So if you can pay me $35 on a 2.95 trial...when only half of the trials will convert to monthly (if you're lucky), and the ones that do will stay a month less than the members who take a full month upfront....I don't think doubling the payout is unreasonable." in this thread: http://www.gfy.com/showthread.php?t=...ghlight=Lenny2 As long as you make retarded posts and come across as a lazy affiliate that wants to be overpaid, no one will ever take you seriously. ![]()

Secondary producers don't need model id's. That's not an opinion - it's a legal fact. The authorities have outright said they're not pursuing secondary producers right now until the legal matters of the issue are settled. If/when it comes down, we have measures in place make sure all of our affiliates are covered... and in the meantime, we have a secured online 2257 database that is currently accessible by any law enforcement agency... but, first and foremost, we take the privacy of our models very seriously... just as seriously as we take the privacy of any personal information that we manage - that of affiliates included. That's not going to change until the law requires us to make it change. Secondly, we provide a myriad FHG's for our affiliates to use. We also provide content hosting for the various tools that we offer such as our model search, tours, etc... People are free to use whichever of those - or whatever content from those - that they deem worthy of their site. But no, we don't currently offer FTP accounts to our affiliates to unrestrictedly upload whatever they want to host on our servers. That brings into liability issues that we're not ready to assume. I'm sure I mentioned that to you if we had this conversation before.

Even then, the fact is that secondary producers WILL need the documents once the regulations go into effect. You expect me to publish content now and then "trust you" to get me the documents in time to have them organized, cross referenced, and everything else that goes along with being in compliance before I get inspected? Your affiliates can't even trust you that their link codes will work next week. You may decide you want to change backends again and disable all of the old links like you did when you moved to nats from ccbill. Quote:
I came to you and said I like your content, I think it'll convert on some traffic I have access to, and I was going to spend $2-4K to test you out. Because of 2257 issues I either need model id's (which programs like Naughty America provide to affiliate) or hosting for the galleries (which programs like bang bros and nasty dollars offer, hell they even have it automated) You decided that what I needed wasn't your problem, so I never sent you a click. We won't even get into the fact that you think it's fair to payout $30PPS on a $30/month site with no trials, but who knows, maybe you're clueless about managing a members area also and can't afford to pay more than that because your retention sucks. ![]()
