Ok, here's a tip. You can find out if the tits are real or not without a mamogram. Just use a flashlight. Put it under the tit and turn it on. Usually implants are placed above the muscle and the skin is translucent enough that if there is an implant, her tit will glow orange. I use a maglight myself.
