Well, a friend of mine turned me on to his Epass account manager, and she looked into the wire yesterday, and today it was credited to our account.

Still VERY odd that it took this long to get done, as it's always been a 24 - 48 hour process with them.

epass is fine

& all my payments have showed up

so fuck all the haters

You know, I used to see JFK pop into every epass complaint thread and post that he loves his epassporte. Then he got his account robbed for a grand or so. Having seen him post that since.

Moral of the story: just because it works for you now doesn't mean you won't get hit by their incompetence.

well it was $2499 to be exact and as I stated at the time, I did not feel it was their fault ! I stopped posting in Epass threads up till now, because people felt I was shilling for them. I still have and LOVE my Epass account:thumbsup:thumbsup

Big news is coming very soon.

I've had some issues with them funding my business account, but they were eventually cleared up (usually took a few days, one of the problems was my then banks fault). The last few wires I sent in were posted within a day or two. :2 cents:

You know what is bad about this is why you all continue to tolerate their substandard service. Its like the company that takes your money for a rush order and eventually ships it a month later. Not acceptable. The fact that ePassporte eventually fixes their problems - sometimes in a day, sometimes a week, sometimes a month - is irrelevant.

I agree that epass can't go on like this.. The BIG thing with epass is.. Their automated systems work perfect. As long as your just using their servers and scripts all goes well.. sending money from one account to another no problem putting your card in the ATM all fine.. The problem hits you when you need some human interference / help .. Like for example when a wire is not loaded on your account, or even signing up for an account for that mather This is when you start pulling your hair out.. The customer service on Epass Is a reaaal and reaaaaaal big mess. .You get email reply's on mails you sent months ago, phone lines have waiting times up to 2 hours (nice when calling from outside USA $$$$$$) and it seems nobody can really help you as all the support staff have no rights going further then looking in your account..

One advice:
be very very very patient all problems do get solved but it just takes allot of time.

As The Person who pays all of jaymancash Affiliates ....I have had problems with epassporte being timely with putting my wires in for me.... I took it to the point to where 3xtom and I decided to post a later date for our affiliates to be paid if they are collecting thru Epassporte...... Last pay period we had an affiliate wanting to know why our pays were late....
To be honest I pay as quickly as humanly possible cause I don't want to hold anyones money any longer than necessary. And if your pay is not at the earliest I have been spending days trying to make a sooner payment.

Standing as a program paying people How many affiliates will we piss off and then they leave if we stop epassporte.

So, both Chio and Iwantu.com team are making Epassporte alternatives.

It's 99.99% done just we are testing some small bits and should be able to make an announcement within a few days... maybe less.

I can't say much more than that but people that have seen it/tested it were very happy with the results.

I sent from epass to bank ach 2 days ago and the fucking thing showed up today. Normally it takes a week. Me like.

Considering how big of a clusterfuck epassporte has proven to be, my bet is not long.
