It actually came about from networking / friendships. Product placement is tough, 'cause there's usually no direct impact, so there's two ways to look at it...

If you shove your name down people's throats... when they speak, it'll be your name / branding that comes out.

While on the other hand... if you are looking for what your ROI is, it's not always as cut-and-dry as people would like.

As a philosophy major, I could talk about it all day lol
