I mean, really, if they found that info cached who else has, and who else could have been using that info for bad things.. makes you really stop and rethink who your doing business with and HOW your doing that business. I think that this should have been handled different, (Emailing the people on the list would have been a lot better way) Not to mention that that gesture would have gone a long ways to better ones image rather that to destroy it.
