This is not as stupid as it sounds.

There are a lot of chinese speaking people outside of china

and you can even convert some traffic from china if you got

the right site. Burns quite some bandwidth but it can be done.

With places that accept Credit cards, make sure you know what countries they don't process. The major 3rd party processors won't touch many countries, not sure if China is one of them, so if you can't even process china or hong kong, then your traffic is going to waste.

I know some Chinese guys and they all seem to like Japanese porn. I'm not sure what the porn scene in Korea is like, but many korean women are insanly hot.
I would find a site with real Japanese or Korean content and send Chinese surfers there. If the tour is in Chinese it would help 10 fold.

Don't even bother with mainstream sponsors and push those asian sites to asian surfers.
Those Philippine girls are really lower then the standards they expect to see.
