Glocks just feel cheap.
I don't understand why people buy them. |

ehhh.... not so much feel to me... you can always put a houge on there or something.. I like the feel of the glock polymere better than any others but the ergonamics I hate.. I have owned a glock23 as my 2nd pistol just the dynamics makes glock is a very simple gun. I am sitting here now thinking about the title of the thread and I did mis title it a bit... Glocks are not THE worst gun in the world, there's Hi-Point, Khar, Ruger (some ruger's are decent, the 22 target pistol is a blast to go tinker around in the desert with and like someone said why pay 6.50 a shot when you can pay 5 bucks for 1000 shots), but they are known to explode in the hands... But I do like the direction the thread went with going into different rounds and what not. drop rate, all that jazz.. all and all I think this was a pretty good thread gave people something to do on a sunday.... but hey good for glock they sell a shit load of guns..... wish I could sell memberships like they sell guns |

I trained with former SAS guys in combat shooting. One swore by his GLOCK, the other his 1911. |
Oh forgot to throw in on the GLOCK issue. I can hit the center ring within 20 with my GLOCK 19 almost as good as I can with my 1911's.
As most firefights happen within 10 feet, I'll take my Glock which has never jammed on me ever. I own alot of guns, Kimbers, Les Baers, Ed Browns, HK, Sigs, Springfield, Beretta, etc. I carry my Glock 19 daily. If I had the choice of Rifle and Sidearm, it would be AK47, and a Glock. As for the 9mm not having stopping power, I carry Golden Sabers, and with it expanding up to .56 with a penetration of 12 inches. |
