What can u do if a sponsor will not remove a spammer?

Im getting spammed up the ass with a spammer who even has his affil code right on the spam. I have gone to the sponsor and read the TOS which states they will cut the spammer without pay. I sent them the spam which has a link that says hit reply and put remove in the subject, which is just a dead email address. While most sponsor appreciate alerting them to a spammer so they can cancel them, this sponsor literally told me to fuck off and I keep getting the spam.

I have exhausted all normal avenues. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bereau. I'm wondering if anyone has any good/better ideas?

What sponsor told you to "fuck off", if you care to answer?

Forward a copy of every spam to the abuse address of that sponsors upstream. Spamcop.net is a good tool for this.

Unless he's hosted in China, his host will eventually kick his ass off for spamming. Look at what happenned to Candidclicks, they were totally innocent and still couldn't take the heat.

EDIT: Piss poor English

Cheers,
Backov

Try using your delete button, then move on ....spam will never end, so just delete, and go make some money. But why don't you tell us what sponsor it was? we would all like to know

This is correct...report "ALL" of them to spamcop.net..... and just keep reporting and they will get cut off... or someone will end up Black Holed (and then they are fucked).... I use to get like 150+ per day to my regular address.... 1st thing I did was change all my email address's on my pages I could find to a yahoo 1... now I get 300+ per day at yahoo.... which is fine with me... Oh I did notice yahoo puts emails from Lensmans in the bulk or junk folder by default.....
