I've been feeling depressed for pretty much no reason at all for some days until I found this video today. My first thought was "This is fucking stupid..", but I tried it anyway and here I am ~8 hours later and I'm still not depressed. So what if it's placebo, I'm not depressed anymore.

Try it out if you're feeling depressed, maybe it will work for you too.
