I found this artical may be helpful for ya'll newbies so I copy and paste it here in case you didn't know where to find it. so here it goes.





Some poor guy was offering to work 40 hours a week for $100. Was it a scam, I don't know. I offered to help him make $500 a week on his own if he ICQd me and a bunch of other people contacted me too. I guess there are quite a few of you who don't make $2K a month. We were all newbies once, so I'm sure a lot of us can relate. But $500 a week is chump change in this business. It's so easy to make that amount of money, that anybody should be able to make twice that if they are working 40 hours a week. I make more than that and this is just a part-time job for me...I work 50 hours a week running a comic book
shop.

I'm not posting anything new here...this information can be found in the board archives, I'm sure, but I will post it once again. First of all, you will have to spend a little money to make money. Not a lot...$50-$100, and this will be a one-time cost for software and some domain names.

Part 1 - HOSTING

Let's talk about hosting first. Free hosting is fine, especially when your are starting out, but pick a free host that will let you host your own domain. Off the top of my head I can think of the following free hosts that are reliable and will host a domain for you:

Smut Server: http://www.smutserver.com - The best free host, accepted by The Hun and most others...get on their mailing list so they will contact you with they are accepting new accounts.
King Host: http://www.kinghost.com
Smut Hosts: http://www.smuthost.com
Clean Porn Host: http://www.cleanpornhost.com
Z Free Host: http://www.zfreehost.com - Don't use these guys. They will get you blacklisted on every TGP out there due to

random 404s.

A domain should cost you $15.00 or less. I use Directnic (http://www.directnic.com) to register all mine. They charge $15.00. Some registrars charge less but I like Directnic personally.

Why is a domain important? Well, besides appearing more professional, if the free host you are using goes out of business (not uncommon), you can move the domain to a new host without losing all your traffic.

Once you are getting decent conversion ratios, you can move up to pay hosting. This will give you a chance to get listed on sites that don't allowe free hosts.

PaRT 2 - SPONSORS

Now you need a sponsor. Leave the big sponsors to the big boys. Find a small sponsor using 3rd party stats, the smaller the better as long as they have nice exclusive content. Small sponsors haven't been promoted to death on all the TGPs. Promote sites that you like personally. This will help you write convincing text links and descriptions. If you like amateurs, promote amateur. If you like teens, promote teens. If you have a weird fetish, like balloon animals, find a balloon animal sponsor. When a sponsor isn't working for you anymore, it's time to move on. Don't keep sending traffic to a sponsor that is converting less than 1:500 for you.

Here are so sponsors I recommend for newbies:
Amateurmoney.com from adult.com crew.

Iinnocent Teens - Third party (CCBill) stats,

exclusive amateur teen content, and they give you a password to the members area for free content. This site should do about 1:400 with TGP traffic. Very easy to sell.

Sweet Cuties - Very nice exclusive teen content. He gives you several sets of content to promote with and more upon request. This site is new and just has awesome conversion ratios. I did about 1:200 with it in July.

My White Teens - Another site from the Sweet Cuties guy. Interracial teen content with great conversions.

Lightspeed Cash - This is a bigger sponsor that includes such sites as Tawnee Stone, XXX Raimi, Lightspeed University, etc. They offer plenty of free content and the sites still sell. I don't do as good with them as I used to for a variety of reasons, the main one being there are just so many people pushing them that its hard to get your galleries listed. However, they do release new sites regularly and these are what you want to jump on. XXX Raimi is still fairly fresh. Nina Knows Best is new and I'm not seeing many people promoting her yet. Also Evita's Playhouse. Whenever they offer a new site, push that until they bring out the next one. Fresh is best.

ICQ or here when you have questions. Even if you don't sign up for any of those sponsors, look for sponsors like those, but advertise your own fetish.

Okay, I have at least two more parts to this post so bare with me...

Part 3 - TGP Traffic

Traffic is how we all make money. There are many types of traffic, the best being search engine. Many say the worst is TGP traffic, but traffic equals money and TGP traffic is easy and free to get with a little effort.

Okay, so far the only money you have spent is $15.00 for a domain name. Go buy two more. Host all 3 on different free hosts if you can. That way if one of your hosts is down, you are still making money. Make one gallery per day. Switch between your different hosts every day. Host A on day 1, Host B on day 2, Host C on day 3, then back to Host A.

Step 1 is designing the gallery. Use 10-20 pictures?no less than 10, no more than 20. I try to use 15-16, since a lot of tgps require 15, most require at least 12. Use text links instead of banners. These usually get more clicks. Or if you prefer, use banners and text links, but I wouldn?t recommend just using banners. You will miss out on those surfers who don?t click on banners but do click on text links. Use 3 or 4 links per gallery maximum. Some TGPs only allow 2?I use 3 or 4. If your design is clean, they will accept them. Gallery design is such a complicated topic that I could go on for pages. I?m really not that great at design, but if you are having trouble, post some sample galleries to this board and ask for advice. You will get it.

You will want to do recip galleries and you will want to hand submit them. This is the second part of this tutorial where you have to pull out your wallet. This program will be the best investment you ever made. It?s called G.A.S.S.

The program will take your gallery and duplicate it dozens of times to make recip galleries for all the major TGPs. It comes with most of the major TGPs already in the list. You can find more here:

Submit every day and you will soon find which TGPs will accept your galleries and which won?t. After about 1 month check your stats and see who has never listed you. Delete all these TGPs from G.A.S.S. and save yourself some time. Try to add new TGPs to your list every time. There are always new ones out there.

It should only take an hour or two to submit to 200 TGPs once you get the hang of this program. If 50 of them list you every day, you will have a nice flow of traffic and cash. Don?t get discourage if you don?t get listed very many places at first?keep submitting every day. Read all the rules at every TGP and follow them. If The Hun says only post every 4 days, then you better only post once every 4 days. Don?t cheat. Always use the same name and e-mail when you submit. Eventually webmasters will recognize your galleries and realize you follow the rules.

Don?t delete your galleries ever, if you can help it. There is no reason to delete them if you are on a free host. If you are on paid hosting, leave them up for at least 3 months. Your galleries will eventually be picked up by the search engines and start making you even more cash. I have two year old galleries that still make me money. Plus you will need old galleries for section 4.


Part 4 - AVS Traffic

There are several dozen Adult Verification Systems out there. My favorite has always been Adult Check. http://www.adultcheck.com Here?s a site that lists several others:

These AVS sites send a decent amount of traffic from their link pages, especially the larger onces. This traffic is better than TGP traffic because all the members of an AVS have a credit card and have already used it to buy porn. This traffic converts very well.

Make 1 AVS site for every 3 galleries you create. Basically all you have to do is make a warning page and a content page that will link to your 3 galleries. The AVS will give you the code to put on your warning page. This is free traffic for very little effort and it?s very nice traffic. If you are doing porn full-time then you may want to focus on making AVS sites every day. Unlike TGP galleries, which I only recommend making 1 of per day, you can make unlimited AVS galleries. You can also find a program like G.A.S.S. that will duplicate them for you and take out some of the busy work.


That?s about all the advice I can give you on how to get started. You are on this board so that is a good first step. Ask for advice when you run into problems. Read the posts here and pay attention. I know that?s how I learn. I am definitely not a big player in this business. I?m a part-timer who pays attention when the big guys give out a secret here and there.

When you have mastered TGPs and AVS sites?you can move on to premium AVS. After premium AVS maybe you could open your own paysite?who knows?
