Sorry for the silly question, I'm an RSS noob. There are plenty of services that will pick up the RSS feeds of a blog, but are there any for adult? Do they send any traffic?

You'd think there would be 500 places ready to pick up and start using your adult RSS feeds, but there are not. The only RSS feeds webmasters use are sponsor RSS feeds, so they can get credit for sales. -
If it can't be monetized then it's not worth doing, eh?
I'm sure someone could come up with some sort of "aggregator toplist" where the posts are not altered in any way (ie, they carry the original affiliate's IDs and generate sales for each webmaster pushing the RSS feed) in return for a link back to the aggregator.Comment

There is nothing saying that you cannot just buy some traffic to your feeds...
or if you get fancy you can use xml/xslt because rss is so very plain!
Many companies are offering rss feeds, however there are few who can show you how to make money with them...
