I will stick with XP for at least another year until Vista is actually stable and they make all the new drivers for high end hardware.

XP works great for me really I don't see any reason to upgrade.

the only problems i've experienced with vista is the lack of driver compatibility and availability of vista-friendly software.

i think in a year or so it will catch up, but for now it's just too early.

I'll wait maybe 6 month to a year before I install it.
Eventually we'll all install it anyway (except linux/mac users obviously)

I can't wait until Windows Vienna comes out because it's written from scratch. XP and Vista are just updated versions of Windows NT. If you think compatibility is bad going from XP to Vista just wait... :thumbsup

i use windows since version 3.11, i know where everything is and don't have to think about how things are done. i don't want to spend my time learning a new OS. but i just read that they will deliver security updates for XP until 2014 - so i'm not in a hurry looking for alternatives :upsidedow
