                                                                  If you believe that it isn't natural (that it's a choice), then yes, if you made male to male sex illegal and people followed the law then you could say there are no homosexuals.

                                                                  There are people here in the western world (especially the US) who share this same belief with Iran..... That it is the sexual act that is homosexuality, and not something you are born with. Thus their belief that it can be eliminated through laws or therapy.
