                  It's the mysql, probably crashed the daemon and restarted without repairing the table.

                          here's another one then:

                          find /var/lib/mysql/ -name iplog.MYI -print |xargs myisamchk -q -r
                          should fix the problem.
                          (assuming it's using that default mysql path)

                                                      The problem has been fixed. One of the NATS tables in mysql crashed. I'm working on a fix that will automatically fix this problem if it happens again this weekend. I will talk to NATS on Monday to try to find out what may have caused the table to crash. Sorry for the inconvenience.
