are AVS still viable & active?

I haven't done any avs sites since 2001..

I'm curious about re-exploring this..

I'm guessing they have low conversions, but I'm wondering if they're still a viable source of traffic for upsells within the protected areas..

Looks like the same ol ones from way back are looking dead & stagnant..

Any new ones or ones that are still productive & get updated?

Conversions are great, but you need to bring your own traffic.

I meant members traffic..

Of course I bring my own traffic to sell avs memberships, but from what I recall from the old models, other members of that avs can use their pass to access all sites in the network, so to me, that's a source of upsell traffic, which is what I meant by asking if they're still a good source of traffic.
