How do you dial off-shore numbers? Foreign countries, etc, from a US line? - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm not trolling or anything, I'm seriously wondering..

I have vonage.

I have long lost family in Germany I am trying to contact, but their numbers are absurd to me.

They are like "003-67-24-2342342-" etc

Anyone have any helpful hints?

011 -country code - city code - number

You may need to login to your account and enable International calls.

01149 plus the city code plus the local number

If your city code has a zero at the beginning, drop the leading zero

For example 01149 201 123-1234 where 201 is the city code and 123-1234 is the local number

Hint: Googling "International Dialing." would have gotten you this result quickly, too
