I've found that even if you do "trades" your getting either "forced skim" which doesn't convert at all, or "bottom of the barrel" hardlink trades - which gives you maybe 5-10 clicks a day - the only option is patience and building your own network up and adding in sites every day or every other day....
After 3 months you can have like 50-100 tgps running all trading within each other and you'll be set.
