Nichewealth allows you to add tracking ID's which you can view in the detailed reports.

Any of the programs that are powered by Executive Stats will do what you want.

Archive Cash and Gay Gravy are both powered by NATS, which also provides campaign tracking, but you would need to create the campaign and codes within the members section.
