i have been using realitycheck. not the cheapest but you get the best servers around. I moved 3-4 times until i found them. Barely any downtime in over a year.

Come on man don't be an idiot. The owner is israeli and he misspelled tagged and untagged, whats your point here?

I would recommend ISPrime. I doubt they will post here, but they are the best. They don't follow the boards too closely, watching over their network and quality service is where they dedicate most of their time.
